Once you have confirmed your order with us and made payment for your first month and any setup costs, our team will contact you. We aim to produce the first concepts for your newly created website within 3 working days from us contacting you.

Our contracts are 12 months in length, on an on-going renewal basis. If you are looking to cancel your contract early, you would be required to pay any outstanding charges for the remainder of your contract in full.

Yes, you can upgrade your package at any time, and the new price will be reflected on your remaining months on your contract.

Unfortunately, you are unable to downgrade a plan once it has become active.
